About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer fleet. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. The role includes a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We offer flexible home time and maintain a pet and passenger-friendly policy to support your lifestyle.
Hiring Process
