About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. The role includes paid orientation, paid unloading, and generous compensation for layovers, detention, and drop/pickup times. Additionally, drivers receive a $80 per diem and a $69/day per diem allowance.
