About the Role
Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver freight with a focus on consistency and reliability. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady routine while earning competitive pay. You will operate newer equipment (averaging 18 months old) and handle 100% touch freight, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.
Compensation & Support
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. We provide comprehensive support through 24/7 driver assistance and paid orientation upon hiring. Our team is supported by convenient home-base terminals and a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
Hiring Process
