Drivers in this role can earn trip pay based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, varying by route and experience. The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus (subject to qualifications) and offers additional pay for unloads, stops, and backhauls. Paid vacation is available after one year of service, alongside a 401(k) match and a stock purchase plan.

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years.
