About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles while avoiding the East Coast and New York City traffic zones. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable experience on the road. The position is designed for those who value flexibility in their home time and the ability to bring pets or passengers along on their routes.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid orientation, and additional compensation for unloading, layovers, detention, and drop/pickup services. We provide comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
