About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent, high-quality miles without the congestion of the East Coast or New York City. As a Morehouse driver, you will operate in a fleet of new tractors and trailers, ensuring you are equipped with reliable equipment for every haul.
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. Beyond the base rate, drivers benefit from a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also offer flexible home time and a pet/passenger-friendly policy to make life on the road more comfortable.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must be at least 23 years of age with two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
