About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying the stability of a consistent route. The position involves hauling all dry freight, with drivers hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations.
The Role in Action
Drivers on this lane typically average two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route spans a wide geographic area, delivering to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers will work with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at the end of each shift.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation structure including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and enjoy a 34-hour reset to ensure regular home time. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and life insurance, an HSA, AD&D, paid time off, and 401(k) participation.
