About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles with a specific focus on routes that exclude the East Coast and New York City. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable experience on the road.
The position is designed for flexibility, offering drivers the ability to manage their home time according to their needs. We also welcome drivers who wish to bring their pets or passengers along on their journeys.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will benefit from an updated pay package featuring a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to mileage pay, drivers receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is fully paid.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% employer match.
Hiring Process
