About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent pay structure with the distinct advantage of returning home weekly. The position is designed for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying a consistent schedule and reliable income.
The Role
Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane handling all dry freight. A key aspect of this position is the hands-on nature of the work; drivers will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. On average, drivers complete two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. This route provides a dynamic driving experience across a broad geographic area.
Where You'll Drive
This lane delivers to customer locations across multiple states, including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri.
Schedule & Home Time
The schedule is built around a weekly rhythm, featuring a 34-hour reset that allows drivers to spend time at home every week.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers are compensated through a combination of CPM (cents per mile), load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. In addition to weekly pay, the role includes comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, dental, life insurance, AD&D, and a 401(k) plan with participation options. Employees also receive paid time off, bonus incentives, and access to an unlimited cash referral program.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at customer sites.
