CDL-A Company Driver

About the Opportunity

Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent pay structure with the distinct advantage of returning home weekly. The position is designed for drivers who want to stay active while delivering dry freight to customer locations across the Midwest.

The Role

Drivers on this dedicated lane will handle an average of two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route spans multiple states, including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key aspect of this position involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer sites.

Schedule & Compensation

This position features a weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring consistent home time. Compensation is structured through CPM and load pay, with opportunities to earn a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers also benefit from weekly pay, paid time off, and a bonus incentive program.

Equipment & Logistics
