About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles with a focus on efficiency and driver satisfaction. Drivers will operate on routes that avoid the East Coast and New York City, ensuring a consistent flow of freight. The position includes paid orientation, paid unloading, and compensation for layovers and detention, allowing drivers to focus on the road while we handle the logistics.
Compensation and Benefits
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and additional pay for drop and pickup services. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
