About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for individuals who want to stay active while driving, offering a unique blend of consistent mileage and regular time at home.
The Role
As a driver on this dedicated lane, you will transport all dry freight to customer locations across a broad region including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. The average route covers approximately 1,750 miles per week with about two loads. A key aspect of this position involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer sites, ensuring a hands-on driving experience.
Schedule & Compensation
Drivers enjoy a weekly 34-hour reset, allowing for consistent home time. Compensation is structured through CPM and load pay, with opportunities to earn a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. The role includes weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k) participation, paid time off, and bonus incentives. Additionally, an unlimited cash referral program is available.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at various stops along the route.
