For over 45 years, Broadstep has been a leader in providing a continuum of physical, emotional, and mental support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental illness, and co-occurring disorders.
This position is based in Milwaukee, WI, and serves as the primary Mental Health Professional for the Community Care Services (CCS) program. The role exists to guide individuals on their journey to recovery by partnering with Care Coordinators to design personalized recovery plans. The program offers a unique blend of services, ranging from peer support, supported employment, and nutritionists to wellness activities like yoga and meditation, alongside traditional psychiatric and psychotherapy care.
