About the Role
As a Catering Production Coordinator at DiBella's, you will be the bridge between our kitchen and our clients, ensuring every catering order is prepared accurately and delivered flawlessly. This role goes beyond simple production; you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a catering event, from making follow-up calls and maintaining account details to assisting clients with placing orders and helping drive new business into the restaurant.
While we provide comprehensive training on our catering menu, sales procedures, and delivery needs, we are looking for individuals who already bring a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. You will be part of a team that works together to cultivate the best dining experience for our guests, balancing friendliness with efficiency.
Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic mix of production and client interaction. You will prepare orders to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy every time. A significant portion of your time will involve logistics: making deliveries to catering clients, managing account maintenance, and following up to ensure satisfaction. You will also play an active role in sales by assisting clients with placing orders and helping to grow our catering business.
Work Environment & Schedule
We offer flexible work schedules with shifts primarily during the daytime from Tuesday through Saturday. This role requires a valid driver's license and a vehicle with current registration and insurance, as you will be delivering orders directly to clients. The position is physically active, requiring frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs.
