About the Role
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Case Manager RN to support members across Cuyahoga County and surrounding areas for a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. This full-time, long-term position offers a unique blend of stability and meaningful impact, allowing you to directly influence member outcomes through structured, in-person care.
As a hybrid role, you will balance administrative duties with essential field work, conducting required face-to-face home visits twice a week. This position is designed for professionals who thrive in independent, field-based environments while maintaining the flexibility of a standard weekday schedule.
Location & Schedule
This role is based in Cuyahoga County, OH, with a requirement to reside in Medina, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, or Geauga County. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all home visits.

Requirements
