Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct client intake screenings and develop assessment plans for behavioral health services
- check_circleFacilitate trauma-informed individual and group counseling sessions
- check_circleDevelop and implement outreach and recruitment strategies for community stakeholders
- check_circleCoordinate care and link participants to employment development and skills building resources
- check_circleParticipate in unit case conferences, staff in-services, and community events
- check_circleManage case files for Stop Hate, Massage Parlor Worker, and Human Trafficking programs
- check_circleComplete program documentation, reports, and administer evaluation tools
- check_circleProvide targeted case management including referrals for housing, food, and childcare
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree
- verifiedBilingual capacity in Mandarin
- verifiedKnowledge of HIV/AIDS and related issues
- verifiedExperience working with racial/ethnic minority, impoverished and underserved communities
- verifiedProficient writing and oral communication skills
- verifiedExperience with PC hardware and software (Windows, word processing, spreadsheets)
