As a Case Manager at Encompass Health, you will serve as a vital link between exceptional care and the transformative impact on each patient's journey. BSN degree (for Nursing candidates), graduate degree (for other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals), 2 years of rehabilitation experience.
Skills: CCM, Acm, RN, SW, Ot, PT, ST, Rehabilitation Counseling, Utilization Review, Case Management.
Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing for Nursing discipline; Minimum of a bachelor's degree for all other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals; Graduate degree preferred for all other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals.
