About the Role

The Carpenter Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to support the construction of concrete formwork and structural elements under the supervision of experienced carpenters and foremen. This role offers hands-on training in the concrete construction trade and provides a clear pathway to grow into a skilled journeyman carpenter. You will assist with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing formwork and reinforcing systems for concrete structures, working directly on foundations, shoring, decking, walls, and columns.

Working Environment

This position involves working during inclement weather, with potential exposure to extreme cold and heat, as well as noise and dust from construction operations depending on the project site. Success in this role requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength, capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials.
