About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team and support our ongoing residential projects. This role is central to the physical realization of our designs, requiring you to perform both general and finish carpentry tasks. You will be responsible for layout, framing, trim, cabinetry, and the installation of doors and windows, translating blueprints and technical drawings into reality.
In this position, you will collaborate daily with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth site operations. The role demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues related to safety, quality, schedule, and materials. You will maintain your tools and equipment while ensuring the job site remains clean and organized, adhering strictly to all safety procedures and construction standards.
