About the Role
This position serves as the entry point for new caregivers through our Foundations of Care training program. This is a 3-week, paid, hands-on training experience led by a Staff Development Mentor. During this time, you will learn all required care tasks and immerse yourself in our facility's culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will transition into employment as a Resident Assistant in our Assisted Living Facility, available in either part-time or full-time capacities. The role is designed for individuals who possess a unique blend of compassion and dedication, aiming to build genuine connections with the elderly and provide heartfelt support.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must successfully complete the Foundations of Care training program. A mandatory background check is required for all applicants before employment can begin.
