About the Role

We are seeking a Habilitation Technician to serve as a dedicated Caregiver. This role is designed for recent graduates, Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Personal Care Aides, and those with family caregiving experience. You will embody empathy and respect in every interaction, striving to help clients grow at their own pace.

Your day will involve spending time on the client's favorite hobbies, assisting with everyday tasks like meal preparation, and participating in community integration activities, errands, and appointments. You will patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements, giving people the space to flourish. The role offers the opportunity to enhance your caregiving skills with direct support from our on-staff nurses and managers, ensuring you are never working alone.
