About the Role
As a Caregiver at REM West Virginia, you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to creating relationships that motivate us all. In this overnight position, you will provide compassionate support to individuals with a variety of needs, including autism and other developmental conditions. Your day-to-day impact involves helping participants grow, learn, and live well by assisting with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, and toileting.
You will take ownership and trust to help participants engage with their community and enjoy their favorite activities. This role requires supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs while fostering their development in areas like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
