About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Caregivers to make a difference by providing assistance to our older adult residents. This role is designed for those searching for meaningful work within a growing field that offers room for development within an established organization. You will be part of a caring team skilled and passionate about making a difference by encouraging active and fulfilling lifestyles and building strong bonds with residents.
In this position, you will help residents with light housekeeping, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, oral and hair care, and transferring, all based on individual service plans. You will also provide companionship, observe residents to ensure safety, and report any condition changes. If you are hard-working, kind, and can work efficiently and professionally, we would love to hear from you.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must have a passion for working with seniors and at least six months of experience. We provide paid pre-employment trainings during onboarding, and you will obtain current CPR/1st Aid training and an Oregon Food Handlers Permit through the employer. All team members must have the basic ability to use computer or smartphone applications for training and company systems, as well as the ability to comprehend written documents and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management.
