REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care. For over 50 years, our mission has been to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, independent lives. Today, our 40,000 team members continue to innovate and enhance care for 50,000 individuals across the U.S. We believe every person deserves to live well and have a fulfilling career.
As a Caregiver at REM West Virginia, you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to creating relationships that motivate us all. You will foster meaningful connections with individuals who have a variety of needs, including autism and related conditions.
You will be entrusted with ownership and trust to do what is right for the participants. This involves assisting with personal hygiene, providing support for behavioral challenges, and taking the initiative to help participants engage with their community and enjoy their favorite activities.
