About the Role
We are a W2 agency dedicated to supporting seniors and individuals with care needs across the Coachella Valley. Unlike 1099 arrangements, we offer the stability of direct employment with a focus on building long-term relationships between caregivers and the clients they serve.
As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you will be the heart of your client's daily life. Your day involves providing companionship and conversation while assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and transfers. You will also manage light housekeeping, prepare meals, and ensure medication reminders are taken. Beyond direct care, you may assist with transportation for shopping, errands, and doctor appointments, helping to maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment for those in your care.

Hiring Process & Requirements
To join our team, you must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance. While one or more years of experience is preferred, we are committed to training and growth. Being vaccinated or having a booster is a plus.
