About the Role

This role is about developing real, meaningful connections with the individuals you serve while experiencing the ownership and trust from your leaders to do what's right for participants.

You will support participants with a variety of needs, including autism and related conditions, helping them be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition, as well as providing support for personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.
