Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn, PA. Our dedicated team of over 900 staff, ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct support professionals, all work toward one common goal: the happiness, self-fulfillment, and social integration of each adult in our community.

About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work alongside other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, and recreation. Additionally, you will handle documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress reports. Your primary focus will be maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the individuals we serve.
