About the Role
As a member of our Store Operations team, you will serve as the front line of our business, striving to provide the best customer service and overall experience in the industry. You will partner with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive brand loyalty, helping them gain access to our suite of financial solutions. Your day will involve greeting customers, processing financial transactions with accuracy and integrity, and educating clients on personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle. You will also participate in community events and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
