About the Role
We are seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor to direct day-to-day operations in partnership with the Care Concierge Team. This role is designed for a self-starter who works well independently and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. You will serve as an ambassador for our brand at networking and community pet events, ensuring an outstanding client experience while managing employee relations, hiring, and training.
The position requires a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts covering all hours care providers are in the field (6 AM–10 PM daily), including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also step into the field to cover midday dog walking and vacation pet sitting assignments when necessary.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Preferably within 5 miles of 22301 (Del Ray). Proven management experience in the pet care services industry. Knowledge or interest in pet training, behavior, care, and nutrition. Longer than 2 years commitment.
