About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Manager who is committed to collaboration, excellence, and patient-centered care. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), Cardiovascular Cath Labs, and Cardiac Diagnostic services.
As the manager, you will establish and maintain the highest possible standards while fostering excellent public relations with physicians, patients, visitors, and hospital team members. You will utilize evidence-based medicine to achieve quality, safety, and cost-effective delivery of care, ensuring full knowledge of pertinent regulatory guidelines and standards. This position assumes financial responsibility for the department, managing budgetary controls and productivity targets while selecting professional management staff and coordinating inter-departmental activities.

Requirements
