About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Nashville, Tennessee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of critically ill patients while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in high-acuity environments and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.

In this position, you will partner with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive critical care. Your day will involve assessing and monitoring patients, operating life-support equipment, and administering advanced treatments. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator for patients and families, helping them navigate the ICU environment and understand their recovery expectations. You will also engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
