In this role, you will serve as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, conducting advanced assessments and managing complex hemodynamics, ventilators, and vasoactive infusions. Beyond direct patient care, you will perform procedures within your scope, coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, and educate patients, families, and learners on care plans and recovery. You will also have the opportunity to precept learners and engage in research and quality improvement initiatives to shape the future of critical care.
