About the Role

This is a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) position specializing in Cardiology within Specialty Care. As an APN in Cardiology, you will provide consultative services and develop comprehensive treatment plans for Veterans across various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, Community Living Centers, and emergency departments. Your expertise will ensure Veterans receive the highest quality of care to improve their cardiovascular health and overall well-being.

You will operate within a model that aligns with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) mission to honor America's Veterans by providing exceptional healthcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to create personalized health plans for each Veteran, aiming to improve patient outcomes through independent practice, care leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call duties or weekend requirements.
