This position utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the patients assigned to you while coordinating care in conjunction with other departments. A key part of your role involves upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.

Requirements
