As a Car Delivery Driver at our UND store located at 2130 S Bend Ave, South Bend IN 46637, you are our "Boots on the ground!" and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. In this role, you will operate within small but busy delivery zones, ensuring that our loyal fan base receives their cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion. Your day will involve checking orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store, using the Insomnia delivery app to provide accurate status updates, and delivering quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, whether in-person or by phone.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States. The application process requires a valid driver's license, valid registration, and valid insurance, as well as a smartphone with a data plan. All candidates must pass a motor vehicle background check. Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
