About the Role
As a Car Delivery Driver at our UofA store located at 367 S Main Street, Akron OH 44311, you are our "Boots on the ground!" and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. In this role, you will serve as the primary connection between our bakery and our loyal fan base, ensuring that every order leaves the store with quality and accuracy. Your day will involve delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion, while providing quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, whether in-person or by phone. You will also utilize Insomnia's delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers, adhering to approved company standards.

To be considered for this position, candidates must be 18 years or older, legally eligible to work in the United States, and possess a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance. A smartphone with a data plan is required, and all candidates must pass a motor vehicles background check. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential, and knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
