About the Role
As a Delivery Driver at our Westown store in Milwaukee, you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face our fans see outside the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering "Cookie Magic" to our loyal fan base wherever they are. In this role, you will ensure orders are checked for quality and accuracy before leaving the store, then deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing quality service through positive interactions whether in-person or by phone, while using the Insomnia delivery app to provide accurate status updates.
