About the Role
As a Delivery Driver at our UT Austin store (2323 San Antonio St, Austin, TX 78705), you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face our "Insomniacs" see outside the bakery. You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering "Cookie Magic" to fans wherever they are. This role is about more than just driving; it is about providing quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, whether in-person or by phone. You will ensure orders are checked for quality and accuracy before they leave the store and deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe fashion using the Insomnia delivery app.
