As we create a colorful, capable, and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries, and improve lives for billions of people around the world. Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. Functioning at both a strategic and tactical level, this position is accountable for the delivery and execution of the end-to-end integrated schedule development and management processes for all assigned projects throughout their lifecycle. Targeted support for capital projects encompasses some of the most strategic growth, sustainability, or asset support projects in the company.
While the Capital Project Scheduler will support and occasionally travel to multiple locations, this role is preferably intended to be based at any of our Chemours sites to maximize your impact through close collaboration with project teams and ensure seamless execution of world-class capital projects. This role provides leadership and management of the schedule working with the Project Manager, project team, and business leadership.
At Chemours, performance is central to "what" and "how" we perform in our individual roles. The "how" responsibilities include collaborating within the project team to develop and maintain schedules, driving results with an owner's mindset, being courageous and transparent with information to create a shared understanding of timelines, communicating effectively at multiple levels, and managing ambiguity with a can-do attitude.
We're a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets. Instead of focusing just on what our employees do each day, we look at how they do it—by taking a different approach to talent development, employee engagement, and culture. Our goal is to empower employees to be their best selves, at Chemours and in life.
At Chemours, you will find sustainability in our vision, our business, and your future. If you want to work on the leading edge of your field and have a desire to make a difference, join Chemours and discover what it means when we say "We Are Living Chemistry."
