About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets UI Developer to join a confidential client in Charlotte, NC. This position is critical for delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that support trade processing, regulatory reporting, and accounting data integrity across enterprise financial platforms.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex data transformation initiatives and modern distributed systems. You will play a key part in migrating data from FX Calypso to Tensor platforms, ensuring consistency across trade, regulatory, and accounting datasets. Beyond development, this role involves leveraging AI technologies to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and driving operational efficiency through Straight-Through Processing (STP) improvements.
Day in the Life
You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to architect and build event-driven systems using Kafka and enterprise integration patterns. Your work will involve leading data model transformation, designing migration frameworks with full reconciliation capabilities, and participating in technical design reviews. You will also contribute to modernization initiatives by utilizing AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity.
