The Athletics team is seeking a passionate Camp Coach to help student-athletes achieve their highest level of excellence. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between athletic development and academic success, ensuring that all aspects of the program align with University standards, conference rules, and national affiliation regulations.
Your day-to-day impact involves explaining and demonstrating the principles of kinesiology, biomechanics, and movement techniques to help athletes reach proficiency in their assigned sports. You will actively observe student-athletes during practice to encourage skill development, provide constructive guidance, and assess individual capabilities. Additionally, you will assist in executing program development strategies aimed at enhancing competition performance and driving enrollment growth.
As a representative of GCU, you are expected to provide a positive example to students by actively supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
