In this fast-paced environment, you will handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails. Your day involves accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections, while explaining bills and product features clearly. You will troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support when needed, building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues and supporting various inquiries, including technical ones. This role offers a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime, along with paid training to ensure you are ready to lead.
