About the Role
The Cafeteria Attendant serves as the friendly face of the Employee Dining Room, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all staff and guests. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define the Alohilani Resort experience. The position requires a service-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with employees and guests at all levels, listening to and clarifying concerns with attentiveness and courtesy.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the dining experience, approaching every encounter with a positive demeanor. You will work collaboratively within the team to ensure the dining room operates smoothly, from the initial setup to the final closing procedures. Your presence helps foster a culture of care and efficiency, ensuring that the Employee Dining Room remains a clean, safe, and inviting space for the hotel's workforce.
