About the Team
Jim Click Automotive is seeking a dedicated full-time Café Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers and staff, supporting the daily operations of our on-site café.
About the Role
As the Café Manager, you will be the face of our coffee and food service, responsible for delivering quality customer service while maintaining a clean and organized lobby. Your day will involve managing the coffee bar to meet demand, weighing coffee, and maintaining the espresso machine. You will also oversee the preparation of the sandwich and salad bars, including slicing and weighing ingredients, as well as preparing freeze-base drinks.
In this position, you will serve drinks, sandwiches, and salads in a friendly and efficient manner while managing the cash register and handling end-of-day paperwork. The role requires the ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor. You will also be responsible for inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area by sanitizing tables and pushing in chairs.
