Join our world-class kitchen operation serving professional baseball teams. This position is pivotal to the presentation, cleanliness, and overall client experience of the performance food service for the Tampa Bay Rays in Port Charlotte, FL. Whether in a full-time or seasonal capacity, you will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring high-profile clients receive excellent service with professional manners and a service-first attitude.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain an exceptional visual presentation and a spotless food service area. Your day will involve managing supplies, assisting with prep and dishwashing, and ensuring the dining area remains organized and well-stocked. Attention to detail is critical, from covering and dating food to monitoring safe temperature ranges and sanitary practices.
This role requires a strong physical presence, including the ability to stand for 10–12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and push carts weighing up to 200 pounds. You must be comfortable working in high-temperature conditions and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stooping.
Shifts begin at 5:00 AM, and weekend availability is required. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and hold a valid Food Handlers certification. Full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, while seasonal roles offer the opportunity to contribute to KitchFix's growth.
