Team Members play mission-critical roles in either front-of-house or back-of-house areas. Your focus is the delivery of genuine hospitality, great food, fast and accurate service, and a clean and safe environment. As a member of the team, you will be expected to uphold Chick-fil-A's values, including delivering remarkable service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our guests by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality. This role offers the chance to learn first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders, with intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals.
