We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring that products are aligned to organizational priorities and deliver meaningful value to customers and stakeholders.
In this position, you will establish the strategic vision for curriculum products and define the roadmap to achieve business goals. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and specification to launch, adoption, and performance, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance. A key part of your day involves conducting customer research and engagement activities to gather feedback, determine product requirements, and ensure user-centric design and functionality.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration for both new and existing curriculum products. Your focus will include developing and executing engagement tactics such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized user experiences to enhance user retention and satisfaction. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive change management for new product features among existing customers.
