We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical execution, ensuring that products are aligned to organizational priorities and deliver meaningful value to customers and stakeholders.
In this position, you will establish the strategic vision for curriculum products and define the roadmap to achieve business goals. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and specification to launch, adoption, and performance, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance. Your day-to-day will involve conducting customer research to gather feedback, determining product requirements, and working closely with internal stakeholders to implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
You will also develop and execute engagement tactics, such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized user experiences, to enhance user retention and satisfaction. While this position has no formal supervisory responsibilities, it requires a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change management for new product features among existing customers.
