About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), bridging the gap between high-level vision and operational execution. You will bring a strategic view of the operating model while ensuring strong structure and follow-through. Success in this role requires the ability to manage through influence, deliver high-quality work under tight timelines, and foster a strong, collaborative team environment.

You will act as a central hub for business management discipline, establishing routines and cadence across the CAO team and key stakeholder forums. Your day-to-day involves structuring and coordinating Business Reviews for the CAO, developing compelling narratives, and facilitating discussions that drive decision-making. You will partner with Control Management reporting teams to standardize reporting and define meaningful scorecard metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

verifiedMaster's level degree in Business, Finance; or equivalent work/training experience

Nice to Have

5+ years of prior experience in Control Management and/or Conduct, Compliance, and Operational Risk. Master's level degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work/training experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw sound, data-based conclusions from complete and incomplete information.
