As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the organization, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. This role exists to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy, supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve retention and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will conduct deep dives into customer behavior and market trends to recommend high-impact actions. You will build models to project business outcomes, design experiments, and define KPIs alongside teams across the company. Beyond analysis, you will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with data engineering to ensure the integrity and accessibility of our data infrastructure. It is a role for a self-starter who thrives on turning ambiguous questions into structured analyses and enjoys the entrepreneurial energy of a growing tech company.
